Amy Bock, LPCC-S, CFRC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor | Certified First Responder Counselor
Dedicated to serving those in public service, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and first responder cultural competence. With a background in clinical mental health and specialized training in first responder trauma-informed care, I am committed to providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to help individuals navigate the psychological and physiological impacts of frontline occupations.
Having worked closely with first responders for years, I understand the complexities of these roles and the impact they can have on mental well-being. Whether it's coping with critical incidents, managing occupational stressors, burnout or addressing post traumatic stress injuries, I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals to process their experiences and develop healthy coping strategies.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. By incorporating techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness, I empower my clients to build resilience and regain a sense of balance in their lives.
I am passionate about supporting the mental health and well-being of those who selflessly serve our communities; it is an honor to accompany first responders on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
If you're ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
